Common questions
The AI coach isn't responding. Make sure you have an internet connection. The coach uses a small server-side AI model; occasionally it returns an empty answer — try a slightly different question.
I bought Pro on another device. Open Settings → tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel Pro? Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → TieAtlas → Cancel.
How do I delete my data? Delete the app from your iPhone. Everything is stored on-device so it goes with it.
